About the Instructors
Armen Suny is a search and consulting executive with Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace and has been with the firm since 2005. Suny earned his turfgrass management degree from Penn State and has worked in the turf management industry for more than 30 years with positions of increasing responsibility from superintendent to general manager. Suny now provides executive searches for general managers, golf course superintendents, golf professionals, assistant general managers and clubhouse managers.
Tom Wallace is a partner at the executive search and consulting firm Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace and is primarily focused on GM/COO, Director of Golf, and Golf Course Superintendent searches. Wallace’s club management career spans over 25 years in the private golf, country, and community club segments. Most recently, he served as the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer for The Club at Mediterra in Naples, Fla. Wallace regularly speaks at local and national CMAA educational events, has presented internationally at the European Club Leadership Summit and the Club Manager Association of Europe (CMAE) National Conference.
