About the Instructor
Ross Miller has been superintendent at The Country Club of Detroit since 2014. He is a graduate of the Turf Science program at Penn State University and completed an internship at Double Eagle Club in Galena, Ohio. Miller was around agriculture and golf his entire childhood – his father’s family built a small golf course near his hometown (Delphos Country Club), and his mother’s family ran a large Apiary farm. Miller began playing golf at age 6, began working at Delphos CC at age 14, and has worked on golf courses ever since. Prior to joining The Country Club of Detroit, he was superintendent of the Championship Course at Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C.
