About the Instructor
Brant Mackey’s official title at East Lake Golf Club is agronomist but he regards himself more as “a guy who mows grass.”
His more formal expertise includes stints at two different Fortune500 companies and20 years as small business owner and operator. He spent several years facilitating an accredited entrepreneurship program for students in Sangamon County, Ill. While teaching, he worked at The Rail Golf Course in Springfield, then at Ansley Golf Club’s facility in Midtown, before joining the team at East Lake.
