When you visit the communication page on Wikipedia and read just the first couple of paragraphs you get the idea why we misunderstand each other so frequently. If you have a tendency to think about the answer you will give, instead of listening to the question asked, now is a great time to stop and think about the information exchange that is communication. In this 90-minute webinar, Erwin McKone, CGCS, talks about some of the ways you can improve your skill in speaking to others, to deliver clear messages to different groups and avoid over-communicating. McKone also provides tips to help you actively listen to provide a better flow of information and minimize communication noise.
