As an equipment manager, you are around the basic fundamentals of turfgrass maintenance all the time. In this webinar, Daniel Heinze gives you a look at many of the agronomic and cultural practices put in place by your superintendent or assistant and then translate how they affect you.
Gain a general understanding of the different equipment and care used to obtain the best product on different grasses - from thatch management to fertilization. Learn why aerification or topdressing greens isn’t just for screwing up reels. Understand how a poor cut can cause more damage to grass than just “looking bad.” These are just a few of the topics Heinze covers in this 60-minute webinar, part of our equipment manager series, as we get into the mindset of a turf manager and Understand Why.
