You may have started in golf course management because of your love of the outdoors or of the game. While that passion makes it easier to prepare for a 6 o’clock shotgun, it doesn’t help much when it’s time for navigating the financial side of the job. Roger Stewart, Jr., CGCS, teaches some key aspects of the business of balance sheets and budgets.
