Have you had a mentor? Somewhere along the line, most of us have benefited from that guidance. Are you ready to Pay It Forward? Chris Rapp, equipment manager at Bellerive Country Club, has learned that each of us can play a role in recruiting the next generation. He’s been working in his community to educate teachers and students about the job he has at the golf course, one that is a new career choice to many. In this 60-minute webinar, Rapp shares how speaking at career days and the like is easy, once you dive in. “There are certain people in our Industry who always want to help others and maybe just need a boost to get started.” If you’re one of them, listen in us for tips and take-aways – like slides and talk outlines - you can use to bring new workers to the game.
