About the Instructor
Ken Benoit, CGCS, has worked in many roles, during his nearly 3 decades in the golf industry. He served as President of the MetGCSA in 2018 and 2019. In addition to being the Founder and President of Eco Turf Consulting, a firm dedicated to protecting the environment through the game of golf, Benoit is Executive Director of the New York Golf Course Foundation (NYGCF). In his role with the NYGCF, he helps guide the non-profit organization through educational outreach programs and relationship development designed to preserve and protect water resources in the state of New York. Throughout his career, Benoit has been dedicated to building relationships between state legislators, golf industry professionals and the general public to further educate all on environmental protection related matters.
